Samus is one of the most awesome female protagonists in video game history, and I had dreamed of cosplaying her for several years!  I was a bit scared to make this costume because I really wanted to capture her well, and I was afraid to fall short.  I cut my hair into the classic Samus hair-do for this costume, so I rocked the space-age bangs for a couple months on the regular! Overall I was happy with the outcome, and I have a blast wearing this costume.  The amazing paralyzer was made by Keith Garabedian of Keroga Forge.

Taki is a fictional character in the Soul series of fighting games by Namco historical fantasy.
Taki is demon-hunting Kunoichi Japan and the greatest warrior of the Fu-Ma clan ninja, traveling the world on a quest to destroy the evil sword known as Soul Edge. Taki was introduced in the arcade version of the original Soul Edge in 1995, where he and Sophitia is the main character, and then has appeared as a character player in each title Soul series until Soulcalibur V in 2012 when the place Taki was taken by the student youth named Natsu. She also appeared in several other works such as Namco × Capcom and Queen Gate.
